Durbin Staff

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, food banks in St. Johns County and throughout northeast Florida are extremely low. In addition, the number of people needing food has more than doubled. This has created a significant demand for supplies.
Please help fill the shelves of our local food banks. We are partnering with Feeding Northeast Florida to help families hardest hit by this crisis. We are asking you to either donate to our Virtual Pantry at the link below or bring your unopened, shelf-stable, non-perishable, or unexpired donation to South Durbin Amenity Center through Friday, May 1, between the hours of 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. We will have a table set up to accept your donations.
Feeding Northeast Florida can provide nearly 12.3 million meals in eight counties throughout Northeast Florida. Every $1 donated to Feeding Northeast Florida provides 6 meals.
Additionally, Feeding Northeast Florida also provides food for children, seniors, veterans, and families that struggle with hunger by connecting millions of pounds of underutilized food to a network of over 160 social service agencies. These hunger-relief partners provide food to those in need.
Thank you!
