Durbin Crossing has two state-of-the-art Amenity Centers for their residents to enjoy. We just want to make sure that ALL residents are aware of the fact that you MUST present your Durbin Crossing ID card for access to any facility.
To obtain your access cards: Please bring photo identification, closing documents (HUD-1), any access cards left by the previous owner (unless this is a new construction home), and all family members living in the residence to the South Amenity Center (145 S Durbin Pkwy, St Johns, FL 32259). We will set up a new resident file, take a group picture of your family and issue you your Amenity access cards. The office hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 10am-6pm.
If you are renting out your home: Please bring your access cards to the Amenity Center or leave the access cards in the home for the renters to use. The Renters will need to come to the South Amenity Center with a photo id, copy of the lease, and all family members living in the home to set up a new resident file. We will take a group photo of the renters and give them access to the Amenity Center using the existing cards.

PLEASE NOTE: To gain access to any Amenity Center or facility you MUST present your access card to be admitted.
Two Facility Access Cards will be issued to each family owning property within the District and non-resident fee paying families, with a maximum of four (4) active Facility Access Cards per family at any time. There is a $25.00 charge to replace lost or stolen cards.
From Spring Break to Labor Day, a Patron family will be allocated 24 guest passes for use of the amenities, exclusive of the Fitness Center. Once the Patron family has exhausted these 24 complimentary guest passes, additional guest passes are available for purchase at a rate of $5 per guest pass.
Guests are permitted in the Fitness Center on a fee-per-use basis and limited to two (2) per visit at the rate of $10.00 per day, per guest.
Patrons are limited to a maximum of five (5) pool guests per household at any one time.
All guests must sign in or register with Amenity Center Staff, and must be accompanied by a Patron (as defined below) at all times.
Patrons must present their access cards and register upon entering the Amenity Centers.
All Patrons must use their card for entrance to the Amenity Centers. All lost or stolen Facility Access Cards should be reported immediately to the Amenity Center Manager.
