Do you want to burn calories, enhance your balance, reduce stress, and have fun? Join us at the South pool for an amazing workout in the water, Tuesday & Friday mornings from 10:30am-11:30am.
Please bring sunscreen, hat, towel, and a water bottle to each class. Water shoes are also recommended and please purchase them a 1/2 size smaller than your normal shoe.
